Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Whole Vitality products come with a 30-day return policy. We strongly encourage you to make full use of your purchase during these 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused product within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Products will be accepted for refund as follows:
- Contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization Number (your RMA #)
- Email tracking number for return to: firstname.lastname@example.org (Include RMA # and Order # in message subject line)
- Ship any unused and/or unopened product back to us at: Whole Vitality, Attn: Returns, RMA # / Order #, 4409 Hoffner Avenue, 347, Orlando, FL 32812 via UPS, FedEx, USPS.
We recommend that you insure your package as this protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for items received back to our warehouse. We’ll notify you by email when your return is processed and you will see a credit to your card within one billing cycle.
